Apply for TUITION ASSISTANCE FOR SWIM LESSONS

Hope Floats makes its financial aid awards based on availability of funds and on a sliding scale similar to the one schools use to determine eligibility for free/reduced school lunches.   (see USDA Income Eligibility)

To apply for assistance, families must supply:
A completed Confidential Application for Tuition Support Below, including a copy of last year's Federal Tax Return with Social Security numbers redacted.

Please ensure your application is complete before submitting as incomplete applications will not be considered.
